Client commitment & responsibilities
When you sign up for coaching with LP Performance, you agree to actively follow the coaching programme and recommendations provided. We believe your success is a partnership, and your individual effort, consistency, and lifestyle choices will significantly influence your results.
To ensure the best possible outcomes, you agree to:
- Communicate regularly with your coach.
- Complete all scheduled check-ins promptly.
- Take full responsibility for your actions and progress throughout your fitness journey.
Please note that all services are provided for educational and coaching purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to participate in any physical activity or dietary changes recommended. By signing up, you also agree to all payment terms, including fees, billing cycles, and cancellation policies, and commit to maintaining respectful and professional communication throughout our coaching relationship.

Important policies: payments, cancellations & sessions
Before commencing your coaching journey with LP Performance, please be aware of the following important policies:
Payment Terms: All coaching fees must be paid in advance, according to your chosen plan (weekly or monthly). Timely payments are essential to ensure the continuous provision of your coaching services.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your coaching at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must provide notice before that cycle begins(1 week in advance). Please note that refunds are not provided for a change of mind or any unused time within a billing period.
Missed Sessions (In-person): For in-person sessions, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel. If a session is missed without sufficient notice, it may unfortunately be forfeited.
Communication & Check-ins: We expect regular check-ins and consistent communication from our clients. A lack of communication or missed check-ins can significantly impact your results and the overall quality of the coaching experience we can provide.

At LP Performance, you can expect structured, personalised coaching designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. This includes tailored training guidance, practical nutritional advice, and ongoing support. We are committed to providing professional guidance, accountability, and regular programme adjustments where appropriate to optimise your progress.
While we make every effort to support your success, it's important to understand that results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes are highly dependent on individual adherence, effort, and external factors beyond our control. Clients accept full responsibility for their actions, decisions, and results.
All services provided by LP Performance are for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical or healthcare advice. It is crucial that clients ensure they are physically and medically fit to participate in our programmes. LP Performance accepts no liability for any injuries, health complications, or damages arising from participation in training or the implementation of coaching advice.
