My journey into fitness and founding LP Performance
My journey into personal training started in the gym. Over the years, I developed a strong passion for training, improving my physique, and pushing myself to get better every day. As I learned more, I naturally began helping my friends with their training—giving them advice, writing programs, and showing them how to improve their form.
Seeing them make progress and become more confident made me realise how much I enjoy coaching. It’s something I genuinely love doing.
Starting LP Performance was about turning that passion into something bigger. I wanted to create a platform where I could help more people achieve their goals, build confidence, and learn how to train properly. I’ve built a solid natural physique myself, and now I want to help others do the same by guiding them with the knowledge and experience I’ve gained along the way.
For me, it’s not just about training; it’s about helping people become the best version of themselves.

What makes LP Performance coaching different?
What sets LP Performance apart is personalised, results-driven coaching backed by real experience. I don’t use generic programmes—everything is tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and training level. My focus is on proper technique, structured progression, and helping you train smart for long-term results.
I’ve personally gone through the full process—bulking from 75kg to 90kg, then cutting down to 80kg over 6 months to reach around 11–12% body fat. During that time, I built around 5kg of lean muscle naturally within a year, even after shoulder surgery.
This has given me a strong understanding of what actually works for both muscle gain and fat loss. Alongside my own journey, I’ve helped others achieve great results through consistent, accountable coaching. My goal is to help you build confidence and become the best version of yourself.

Beyond just losing fat or gaining muscle, I want my clients to build confidence, discipline, and a strong mindset that carries over into all areas of their life.
Through coaching with LP Performance, the goal is to help you develop sustainable habits, understand how to train and fuel your body properly, and feel comfortable and confident in the gym.
It’s about creating long-term change—not just physical results, but becoming a more confident, disciplined, and capable version of yourself.
